1. How much should I expect to pay for your billing services?

The fee for our service is a small percentage of the revenue generated. We only profit if your agency profits. Many billing companies base their fee’s on the amount billed and some on a per run bases. Our model keeps us working hard to get your agency every penny that is due.

Furthermore we work hard to comply with the constant changing rules of Medicare, Medicaid and CMS so that your agency is not collecting funds through bad practices or illegal billing. With this standard of compliancy none of our clients have ever faced an audit in 23 years of business.

We are proud to say that we have no affiliation with collection agencies. Many billing companies either partner with or have in house collection departments. Collection agencies in most cases charge 25% to 40% collection fees. We feel as a billing service that it is a conflict of interest to associate ourselves with a collection agency. How hard would we work to collect the funds the first time if we have the option to turn over the account to a higher charging affiliation or division of our company?
